Installation:
An area of 340cm by 250 cm is required to mount the Medium Oval House onto. A hard standing base measuring 250cm by 175cm is required to build your pod onto. Your pod can be installed onto a level paved, concrete or decked area.
Ground Preparation:
If you are preparing a new concrete or paving area for your Oval House Pod, we recommend you allow 7 days for the ground to settle prior to the arrival of the fitting team.
Follow up after your order:
Once you have placed your order with us, we will call you to book in your installation date and manage all aspects of the delivery and installation. You will be able to make any personal modifications to your order, including fabric and interior colours and any upgrades that are available for your chosen product. You can rest assured that we will deliver exceptional service throughout the entire process. Our team will arrive on the morning of your confirmed installation date and will build your pod on site. Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.

Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

We offer a 30-day returns policy providing the item is unused and in the original packaging. Depending on the item size and weight, you can either use our Royal Mail returns service or we will collect the item. Charges apply for both options. Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable.
