Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery over £100 to most of mainland UK. This excludes Zone C, Zone D (Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Channel Islands and Ireland) and other remote postcodes. A surcharge may apply for delivery to these areas. Enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm if charges apply. For more information, please refer to our delivery costs and services.

Large Items (furniture & heavy goods)
Our furniture delivery partners deliver Monday to Saturday, 8am-8pm. Depending on the item and your location, you may be able to choose a specific day for delivery via telephone, text or email. In most cases, you will receive a timed delivery slot 24 hours before. We do require someone to be at home to accept the delivery as goods will not be left unattended. The delivery crew will ring 30 minutes ahead of arrival to check you are home. If you are not home at to accept the delivery a £50 redelivery fee will be chargeable.

Small Items (homeware & gifts)
Our parcel delivery partners include Yodel, DPD and Parcelforce, and they deliver our smaller items. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by text message with tracking and your delivery window. We aim to dispatch all ‘in stock’ items before 2pm Monday to Friday. If you order after 2pm on Friday, your items will be dispatched on Monday.

Sweet Tree by Browns is a family run business which was started in 2010 by Christina Purnell and Charlee Hutchins – a mother and daughter team. The concept of Sweet Trees started during the preparations for Charlee’s wedding in the summer of 2010, when they were thinking of the ideal centre pieces for the tables that both adults and children would appreciate and enjoy. A Sweet Tree came to mind! And so they set about hand making each and every Sweet Tree for each and every table and such was the reception (err...) of these deliciously decadent trees that friends and family convinced then to start their own business! Since that memorable day Sweet Tree by Browns has blossomed into ever expanding business due to the simple fact that everyone who has seen, heard or tasted a Sweet Tree has simply loved them!
